Whether it’s building businesses and guiding brands, or identifying and executing marketing strategies and driving customer loyalty and experiences, Amy’s commercial acumen always ensures holistic and client-minded execution.
Amy lives and breathes her clients and has gained a reputation for clarity, transparency and just getting shit done. With 7+ years’ experience working across brand and customer experience in the luxury space - from property clients such as GURNER, Golden Age, and 101 Collins, to Rolex and Lacoste in partnerships at Tennis Australia, Amy is well-versed in creative problem solving, commercial marketing strategies and stakeholder management.
Amy likes to think of DO. as a high-performance sports team. She sees her role as the coach of the team, identifying the right plays but ultimately assembling a cohesive playing group where each player has a specific role and specialty. As a coach, it is her role to create the right environment for optimal performance, and talent attraction and to champion her team. Amy is building a business where harmony, balance, ethics and transparency provide the lifestyle we all wish we had.

With over 9 years in the industry—spanning high-profile projects at Crown Resorts, 101 Collins and the AFL—she's a pro at navigating stakeholder dynamics and solving problems on the fly.
Before diving head first into the world of DO, she once tried to escape for a glamorous life in London, the universe had other plans—clearly, it couldn’t let her go that easily! Hannah then spent time in in the commercial property sector, where she juggled project management, marketing, and communications like a circus performer with a flair for flair. She honed her skills in crafting compelling strategies and building strong relationships, proving she can thrive in any environment.
Her skill set includes everything from developing engaging proposals to executing large-scale events that get people talking. Whether managing organised chaos or extravegant family events, Hannah ensures every project aligns with client goals and delivers impressive results—no matter the budget.
